D.O.C. DELLE VENEZIE

Varieties: Pinot Grigio 100%.

Vinification: 9 months in steel tanks.

Characteristics: straw yellow in colour. Pleasantly floral aromas with strong notes of jasmine, apricot, banana and wildflowers. In the mouth, full-flavoured, with an intriguing vein of mineral tastes; well-balanced and persistent.

Food Pairings: great as a pre-dinner drink with young cheeses, hams and salami. Especially good with winter soups and fried seafood.

Serving Temperature: 8-10°C.
