Vinification: 10 months in oak barrels.
Characteristics: vibrant ruby red in colour. Intense notes of blackcurrant and cherry meet the nose, along with delicate hints of spice. Expresses great persistence in the mouth, with soft and silky tannins.
Food Pairings: great together with boiled meats, poultry and hard cheeses.
Serving Temperature: 16-18°C.
