I.G.T. VENETO

Varieties: Merlot 70-80%, Pinot Nero 20-30%.

Vinification: 9 months in steel tanks.

Characteristics: the colour is a deep ruby red with some hints of deep purple. Intense aromas of mature plum blend with raspberry and a hint of grass. Especially pleasant in the mouth, with soft, enveloping tannins.

Food Pairings: great with white meats and light red meats, oily fish or flavourful pasta/rice dishes.

Serving Temperature: 14-16°C.
