Characteristics: Straw yellow in colour with some greenish tints. The bouquet is pleasantly aromatic, with hints of passionfruit, lychee, grapefruit and lime. The taste is persistent, with a note of acidity lending it freshness; many of the aromas perceived on the nose are repeated in the mouth. Complex, lasting aftertaste.

Food Pairings: an excellent pre- dinner drink, this wine pairs perfectly with asparagus, raw fish, light soups, risottos and fish dishes.

Serving Temperature: 8-10°C.
