MARTINOTTI METHOD

Vino Spumante Brut

Varieties: Chardonnay 100%.


Vinification: grapes pressed whole, then transferred into vats where the alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. Secondary fermentation in autoclave for a period of 3-6 months.


Characteristics: Straw yellow with greenish tints. The bubbles are fine and the froth is persistent. On the nose, floral scents with citrus notes. Particularly round and harmonious in the mouth and also presents a pleasant, gradual development of effervescence on the tongue

Food Pairings: great as a pre-dinner drink, it works well with appetizers in general and fish dishes in particular.
