MARTINOTTI METHOD
Brut Sparkling Wine D.O.C DELLE VENEZIE
Varieties: Pinot Grigio 100%.
Vinification: grapes pressed whole, then transferred into vats where the alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. Secondary fermentation in autoclave for a period of 3-6 months.
Characteristics: straw yellow with greenish tints. Fine bubbles and persistent froth. Floral aromas with notes of acacia flower and white- fleshed fruits. In the mouth, round and harmonious with a pleasant development of the bubbles.
Food Pairings: great as a pre-dinner drink, it works well with appetizers in general and fish dishes in particular.
Serving Temperature: 6-8°C.
