Varieties: Pinot Grigio 70%, Chardonnay 30%.
Vinification: Pinot Grigio left to dry partially while waiting for the late- harvested Chardonnay. Aged mainly in steel tanks, and partly in wooden barrels. Left to age in the bottle for nearly a year.
Characteristics: the colour is deep straw-yellow. The bouquet is lightly aromatic, with notes of white and tropical fruits. The taste is fragrant, mineral, broad and long-lasting, with a distinct sensation of exotic fruits at the end
Food Pairings: strongly flavoured foods, including spicy dishes. White meat, cooked fish. Great with shellfish and mature or marbled cheeses.
